Refund and Returns Policy

At ISMAIRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and feel it isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any tags, accessories, dust bags, or other items included with the product must be returned.
Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, scratches, or alteration may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Cost

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer want it, the return delivery/shipping charge will be paid by the customer.

The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. In such cases, ISMAIRA will review the issue and may arrange an appropriate solution.

3. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the eligible product amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Delivery charges are not included in the refund.

4. Exchange

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product and are subject to product availability and inspection.

Any applicable delivery charges for an exchange will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged/defective.

5. How to Request a Return

Customer name
Phone number
Reason for return
Photos/videos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions.

Important

Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from ISMAIRA.

ISMAIRA reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
